# How do I withdraw crypto from HashLiquid?

Transfer USDT out of your HashLiquid Account via BNB Chain.

Use **Withdraw** to transfer USDT from your HashLiquid Account via BNB Chain. Before confirming, check the account or wallet shown for the transfer.

## Before you begin

* Check the account or wallet displayed on the withdrawal page. Depending on how you accessed HashLiquid, the page may show **Binance Funding Wallet**, **HashLiquid Account**, or **Connected Wallet**.
* Make sure the receiving account or wallet shown supports USDT via BNB Chain.
* Make sure your HashLiquid balance covers the withdrawal amount and any fee shown.

## Check the withdrawal status

Open the account menu, select **Transaction History**, and open the relevant withdrawal. The status may remain **Processing** while the network and HashLiquid update the transaction.

Do not submit the same withdrawal again while it is **Processing**. If it remains unresolved, [contact HashLiquid Support](/troubleshooting-and-support/contact-hash-support.md) with the asset, amount, network, and submission time. Include the transaction hash or ID if one is available.

{% hint style="warning" %}
HashLiquid Support will never ask for your password, private key, or recovery phrase.
{% endhint %}

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.hashliquid.com/deposits-and-withdrawals/withdraw-crypto.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
